The staff ratio of one adult to three two year olds and one adult to six children over 3 years old helps to ensure that we meet the individual needs of your child. The staff are highly qualified and experienced; both the manager and her deputy are Level 6 and the other staff members are qualified to Level 3. The manager also holds Early Years Professional Status. All members of staff have up to date First Aid certificates and are regularly trained in Child Protection matters. | |||||||||
