The Hendred Estate

The Hendred Estate lets about 40 houses and cottages in the village and surrounding area. These range in accomodation from 2 bed-room to 5 bed-room. Most of them are of some age and interest and with large gardens.

There is also 2 large office facilities for which we are currently seeking a tenant. These will be converted out of a listed barn and will offer about 2,500 sq ft in Unit 5 and 4,000 sq ft in Unit 4. These need converting so we are interested in a pre-let.
